The track width of the PCB assembly line can be automatically adjusted to accommodate PCBs of different sizes. Multiple workstations with independent robotic arms can flexibly combine working modes according to the insertion requirements of different PCBs.

Fully Unmanned Production Line

After placing the tray in the designated position and loose parts into the vibratory feeder, automatic material feeding begins.

The assembly line automatically detects the PCB position and positions the PCB board.

The equipment uses high-speed, high-precision robotic arms to automatically pick up components, calibrate the insertion position via camera, and complete automatic insertion onto the PCB.
