Online Detection of Motor Production Data & Product Traceability

Each workstation performs online detection of production process data, exchanges data with the bus, counts quantities, calculates pass rates, and self-diagnoses faults.

The industrial PC aggregates comprehensive data for each product, uploads it to the data server, and places the product into the corresponding tray.

Simply scan the product barcode to retrieve relevant production process data (such as memory module dimensions, whether programming was performed, etc.). Up to 3 months of production data records can be stored.
