Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies exclusively to B2B customers of HYT Holdings Limited (华逸时代控股有限公司), operator of www.winwin-metal.com. It does not cover consumer transactions.

2. Non-Refundable Orders

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Custom-manufactured parts produced to customer drawings, specifications, or samples

• Prototypes, first articles, and samples

• Tooling, molds, jigs, and fixtures created for production

• Deposits paid for confirmed orders that are later cancelled by the customer (see Section 3)

• Expedited shipping fees

4. Quality Claims & Remedies

If goods do not conform to agreed specifications, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt (see Terms of Service §7). Upon validation of the claim, available remedies are:

We reserve the right to inspect claimed defective goods before issuing any remedy. Return of goods for inspection requires prior written authorization.

5. Return Shipping

• Returns for quality inspection must be pre-authorized in writing

• Customer bears return shipping costs unless defect is confirmed and covered under warranty

• Goods must be returned in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless expressly agreed in writing, all products are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law. Our total liability is limited to the order value as stated in Terms of Service §9.

7. Chargeback Protection

Initating a chargeback without first submitting a written quality claim and allowing us 14 business days to respond will be considered a breach of contract and may result in:

• Suspension of all ongoing orders

• Legal recovery of costs under Hong Kong jurisdiction

• Reporting to credit and industry databases
